The delivery charge is always shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
When your order will be sent
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. We’ll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking where available. Delivery times given by couriers are estimates and occasionally slip during busy periods or bad weather.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email address to be added] with your order number and we’ll put it right. Items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
