These terms
These terms apply to every order placed through this website by consumers in the United Kingdom. Please read them, together with our Delivery, Returns and Privacy pages, before ordering. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website when you order applies to that order.
Your order and our contract
When you pay at checkout you are offering to buy the items in your basket. Our contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. If we can’t accept your order — for example because an item has sold out or there is an error in the price or description — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by PayPal, which also accepts debit and credit cards. We never see or store your card details.
Product information
We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens and sizing can differ between brands — please check the size guide and any product-specific sizing. Children should always be supervised with accessories and items with small parts, ribbons or cords, and items should be used in line with the manufacturer’s age guidance.
Delivery
Delivery details are set out on our Delivery page. Risk in the items passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.
Your right to cancel and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as explained on our Returns page. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or mis-described goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods. We supply items for domestic and private use only.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund of anything not yet delivered.
Complaints and the law
If you have a concern, please contact us first at [email address to be added] and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
Last updated 10 October 2026. This does not affect your statutory rights.
